Joe is California Registered Professional Engineer and has over 31 years of experience, working on some of the most challenging Bridge Projects in Northern California. As a former Caltrans Structure Representative, Joe was also an instructor with CT’s Office of Structure Construction providing technical training on temporary support, inspection and general contract administration to the construction staff. Some of Joes project experiences include: New Carquinez Bridge (Suspension Bridge), Tower Bridge (Movable Bridge), Iron Horse Pedestrian Bridge project.

Susan has over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting and is responsible for KCM’s financial planning and analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing strategic directions. Susan also assists the company’s management team in the development of the firm’s strategic direction, with a focus on the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s operations and finances.

Matt is a California Registered Professional Engineer with over 26 years of construction experience in managing a variety of public works projects including highways, roadways, bridges, interchanges, water and wastewater facilities, drainage, and park projects. Matt started his career in the U.S. Navy as a Civil Engineer Corps officer before he acquired a master’s degree in Structural Engineering from Cornell University. He also served as Senior Civil Engineer with Nevada County Public Works Department.

Abhijit is a California Registered Professional Engineer with over 24 years of construction experience. A majority of his invaluable highway and bridge experience stems from his experience with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) and California High Speed Rail Authority (CHSRA). His recent work experience includes Independent Site Engineering (ISE) for the California High Speed Rail, Design-Build Construction Package 2-3 in the California Central Valley, which includes 31 roadway bridges and 20 high speed rail bridges. His familiarity with both design and construction has been key to resolving difficult field construction issues on several projects over the years. Some of Abhijit’s other project experiences include: West Span Retrofit for San Francisco Oakland Bay Bridge, East Span Skyway for San Francisco Oakland Bay Bridge, Hazel Avenue Bridge Widening.

Mehrdad is California Registered Professional Engineer and has over 31 years of experience in construction of transportation related projects with an emphasis on public works and bridge projects in Northern California. Mehrdad has successfully completed over 30 federally funded projects and has been a Project Manager/Resident Engineer on some of local agencies largest and technical bridge projects such as the Yuba City 5th Street Bridge replacement Project, City of Sacramento Tower Bridge (Movable Bridge), and Placer County Foresthill Steel and Paint Retrofit Project.

Nick is a California Registered Professional Engineer with over 31 years of experience in civil and transportation engineering design, construction management, and business operations/organizational management. Nick served as a Principal-In-Charge and/or Project Manager for numerous public infrastructure projects including new construction and improvements to roadways, bridges, and various infrastructure facilities. Nick has extensive experience with movable bridges, including an in-depth technical knowledge of support, drive, and locking systems of movable bridges.
